I don't think that there are many people here in the Phoenix Valley that take their kids to the park during the summer. We love our lids too much to let them burn their legs on the slide or scorch their poor little hands when they fall down! This last Saturday evening, however, was a perfect day to take them out! It was in the low 100s (isn't that so funny that that is cool for us?!) and a lovely monsoon was a brewing which took the heat of the sun away and gave us a nice breeze. Before the rain hit, we ran down to the park and enjoyed it while we could!
Ethan brought his little 4-wheeler out of summer hibernation and rode all over that park. Then after, he and daddy went to explore the "castle".
We sure did have fun and can't wait for cooler weather and those beautiful winters that we all live here for!
On a side note, can you totally tell that Justin is out of town again this week with all my posting?! It gets lonely here at night so it's always a good time to get caught up :)
