Our New Home!

So 2 weeks ago Justin flew to Culiacan, Mexico to find us a place to live for the next year or so. We have been praying for the past few months that we would be able to find a nice, safe place for us to live there and our prayers have been more than answered! Apparently there is a community there called "La Primavera" that is the nicest place to live in Culiacan. Justin went to see if there were any openings for a house, apt, or just anything and there happened to be an opening for a brand new apt that is being built and should be done by mid- August! It is a two bedroom apt with 'vaulted ceilings, balcony, kitchen, laundry room, living room, etc. It's only $650 a month too!

Here is a little description of the community... it is gated with guards at every entrance and barbed wire surrounding the top of the gate. They also do a thorough background check on every inhabitant: you dont get in if have had ANY trouble with the law. You have to have at least 20 references, passport, birth cerftificate, the whole works to give to them. The people that live there said its so safe that no one even locks their doors ( although, i think we still will:-) There is a huge lake, swimming pools everywhere, parks, tennis courts, horseback riding arenas, 4 elementary schools, a gym, and lots of activities that go on throughout the day for kids. All these amenities are free and open to anyone living here. We might not want to ever leave!
