On July 9th Ethan turned 1 year old! We had to celebrate his b-day a few days early so everyone could be there and we had a lot of fun! Justin and his Dad came home from work a little early and we all went swimming at our next door neighbors pool. After we came back for dinner and then for cake. I made Funfetti cake to celebrate with. Here are some pics of his special day! * side note* we actually accidentally deleted all of our pics and video of his birthday. Luckily Justin's parents had a few pictures and some video....
Ethan got a pair of shoes, some toddler silverware, Baby Mormon DVD's, some fun books and his Aunt Caryn even gave him his very own toothbrush ( as shown above)!
He loved his own personal Funfetti cake
So much that he pretty much only ate the frosting off the top
I think his poor little body wasn't used to so much sugar so he preceeded to spend the next hour throwing it all up! All in all, it was a great day and we are so grateful to have Ethan as part of our little family. I never realized how much joy kids can bring into one's life! Happy Birthday Ethan!
